Quality Service Desk Assistant - German/English/French (ref 1007-24CDB) In this role, you will be the main contact for brokers, sales team, internal services and clients and ensure they receive the best high level service. You will: - answer queries and/or forward questions to specialist in-house
- send information package and other administrative documents
- issue the brokers agreement and follow up trail commission agreement
- assist the external sales consultants
- coordinate seminars and sales meetings
- update databases
- administrative tasks
Your profile: - 1-2 years experience ideally in the life insurance industry
- outstanding organisation and communication skills
- German native level as well as fluent English and ideally a good level of French
- service and quality driven with excellent client services skills
- PC literate
