Description de poste :
Responsibilities:
# Assessment of all and input of appropriate spontaneous applications into the database;
# Input / update information about career moves into / within the database, sourcing all available media;
# Import relevant CVs from other databases ;
# Import information reg. companies (clients, targets, other) into the database, sourcing all available media;
# Support Research Assistants and Partners / Consultants in retrieving information from the database;
# Keep the database up-to-date to latest releases, job categories and other selection criteria;
# Update and maintain company website;
# Answer incoming calls;
# Welcome candidates and other visitors;
# Dispatch email and relevant emails;
# Organize travel arrangements, agenda etc.;
# Provide general office support;
# In the absence of the Research Assistants:
# Organisation of interviews with appropriate candidates;
# Ensure overall communication with all candidates.
Reporting: Functional: all Partners
Hierarchical: Managing Partner
Based: In Luxembourg
Compensation: In line with relevant experience
Requirements:
Education: Preferably BAC+4 equivalents
Experience: Preferably at least 1 year in an office adminstration / IT support role (incl. summer jobs)
Language skills: French, German, English and Luxembourgish, all fluent
Professional skills:
- IT skills: MS Office
- Affinity to use all IT-related facilities in order to improve efficiency and output quality
Personality:

* Strong affinity with recruitment and Human Resources activities in general;
* Good written and oral communication skills;
* Ability to work in highly confidential environments;
* Investigative mind-set;
* Good organisational skills;
* Pro-active working style.
