Our client, a fast growing IT consultancy company leader in its field, is currently looking to recruit a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to reinforce its finance team. The position will report directly to the group CFO and will involve providing financial planning, analysis, and decision support to help drive the profitable, cash generative growth of the business. The role will be diverse and highly challenging.
YOU ROLE
* Responsible for analyzing the business needs and requirements and propose solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals,
* Analyze profitability across the business and identifying trends,
* Support the business budgeting and planning process,
* Establish and implement a business measurement system,
* Development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators,
* Formulate and define business scope and project objectives,
* Support moderately complex projects and maintain policies, procedures,
* Appraise and evaluate capital proposals,
* Assist the CEO and CFO in their activities,
YOUR PROFILE
* Master degree in Finance or in Economics
* Have a minimum of 7 years planning and analysis experience in a fast moving multinational company,
* An excellent understanding of business systems,
* Be fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of French would be considered as a distinct advantage,
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft products, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills,
* Be able to work independently as part of small team in a fast-moving and competitive environment,
* Be results orientated and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines,
* Have a well organized and structured approach,
* A determination and commitment to improve processes and procedures,
* Excellent analytical and administrative skills,
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally,
* Reliable and stable, you have a professional maturity and the ability to think with a long-term perspective.
